The Kaedama Tradition

In Japan, ordering kaedama means you've respected the broth enough to add more noodles to it.

一食べるEat your bowlFinish the noodles before the broth is gone. This is the key step most people miss.
二注文するCall for kaedamaSay the word or raise your hand. Leave about a third of your broth in the bowl.
